This policy explains how we handle copyright violations and takedown requests.
1. Copyright Infringement Reporting (DMCA Takedown Request)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, hosted, or distributed on our servers without authorization, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.
Your notice must include:

URL or location of the infringing content
Your full name and contact information
A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
A statement that the information is accurate
A declaration under penalty of perjury

2. Counter-Notification (If Content Was Removed in Error)
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:
Identification of the removed content
Your contact information
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error
Consent to jurisdiction in New Mexico, USA
Your signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice:
We may restore the content after 10–14 business days
Unless the complaining party files a legal action
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Egorhost terminates accounts of repeat copyright violators.
Any customer who receives multiple valid DMCA notices may have their service suspended or terminated without refund.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
All uploaded files are legally owned or licensed
No pirated, copyrighted, or illegal content is hosted
Websites and storage are used in compliance with copyright laws
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5. No Liability for User Content
Egorhost LLC is a hosting provider.
We do not review, monitor, or approve customer content.
Users are fully responsible for the material they host.
6. Abuse and Illegal Content
To report urgent illegal content (child exploitation, threats, etc.), contact:
